03/04/2019 Support Portal Updates
almost 6 years ago by David Gwizdala
If a user is missing their base prescriptions, partner support agents can now add their information directly into the portal.
The missing information is flagged in their test details in the header as well as in the specific sections where the update is necessary.

The users missing information will have a Missing Requirement status flagged on their test for easy lookup.

Support can additionally filter by Missing Requirement or by Visibly Support Reviewing, a status flag when our internal support team is checking into a patient.

Changelog
