In response to COVID-19 and in line with the FDAs updated enforcement policy for remote ophthalmic assessment and monitoring devices, Visibly has relaunched to support ECP across the United States. Visibly is currently available in the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

If a user is missing their base prescriptions, partner support agents can now add their information directly into the portal.

On-site and Acuity partners can now see patient's acuity results in their portal. This information is available under the "Acuity" section of the patient's page.

Starting today, Pro partners will be able to dynamically redirect users after they've completed their vision test.

We've heard feedback that users would like to know more information about why they're ineligible to take our vision test. With that in mind, we've updated our ineligibility page to better inform the user.

We've added some features to the Support and On-Site portals to better reflect your brand as well as streamline the employee experience.
