Qualification

The qualification endpoint is the first endpoint you should hit in your flow. Based on the patient’s age, location, and prior prescriptions, Visibly will indicate whether they can or cannot take the test.

If a patient is ineligible, the check will return one or more of the following codes:

• age: They are outside of the product's supported age range
• region: They are taking the test in an ineligible region
• unknown_product_key: The contact lens brand provided has not been mapped in our system to the partner (if including a contact lens prior Rx)
• prescription: They are outside our Rx acceptance criteria
